1 can of organic black beans, rinsed and dried
1 cup of fresh corn on the cob (cut off the cob)
1 cup of finely chopped cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1 lime
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
DIRECTIONS

Combine the beans, corn, cucumber, red onion, feta and cilantro in a bowl. Add the juice of the lime and the salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Chill for one house.
