Rawxies
175 Calories
Part cookie, part nutritional bar, these cookies are super delicious and
the perfect way to curb your sweet tooth. At 175 calories or less, they are not
exactly a meal replacement, but are perfect with some fruit or yogurt.
They are
vegan, gluten free and soy free, low carb and low sugar, with no artificial
sweeteners. There are easily digested by the body because
it’s considered a pre-digested food (re-digested foods are not heated above
105 degrees and therefore maintain their natural enzymes).
Flavors include mint chocolate chip, banana nut bread, lemon poppyseed and mocha almond. My favorite is...I don't know. They are all so freakin' good. I'll go with the banana nut bread.
Health Warrior's Chia Protein Bars
192-210 Calories
These bars have chia as the main ingredient (chia has more omega-3s than salmon, more fiber than oatmeal, and more protein than tofu) and a blend of other super-plants, including oats, quinoa and peas. They
contain 10g of clean, plant protein and are a great source of fiber, calcium, Omega-3,
antioxidants and iron. They are crazy delicious too. The
Flavors include honey almond, lemon goldenberry, dark chocolate coconut sea salt (seriously LEGIT), and peanut butter cacao.
Health Warrior also has these super snacks that basically taste like fruit roll-ups. They're ridiculous. They are great for kids! They are around 100 calories, 5g of sugar, 3 grams of protein and a ton of fiber.
