10 Go-To Healthy Breakfast Meals




1. Overnight Oats (recipes here)

2. Nonfat Greek yogurt topped with chia seeds, Kind brand or homemade granola and fresh blueberries, blackberries or strawberries and banana. I top it with a bit of cinnamon!


3. I love a chocolate and nut butter protein shake, which I make by combining Decadent Blend brand Cocoa and Flax Seed, natural unsalted peanut or almond butter, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cinnamon and a few ice cubes.


4. Scrambled eggs with spinach and feta cheese and a green juice.

5. Ezekiel toast spread with pesto and topped with either a halved soft-boiled egg or avocado and topped with feta cheese.


6. A breakfast bowl with quinoa (usually leftover from the night before), chopped asparagus, tomato and garlic and an over easy egg on top. I top everything with diced avocado. Similar recipe here

7. A fruity protein shake made with Coco Libre brand Vanilla Coconut Water Plus Protein, a handful of spinach, banana and mixed berries or frozen acai.

8. An Ezekiel cinnamon raisin English muffin with peanut or almond butter and a banana.

9. Breakfast tacos with a scrambled egg, black beans and avocado.


10. A Smoothie bowl made with fresh berries, acai, something green and almond milk. Make a smoothie extra thick, top it with granola and chia seeds and enjoy with a spoon.
